CalMac's Glasgow-registered MV Loch Seaforth has been sidelined after a new wave of technical issues that have beset several island-lifeline ferries which led to Scotland's main opposition party and Labour leader citing the chaos must end. View from the bridge: Saoirse na Farraige, the seasonal fast-ferry arriving in Galway Docks prior to opening this year's direct passenger service to Inis Mór, the largest of the Aran Islands.
