With just under an hour to go, Dublin Bay is looking grey for day one of the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta . The majority of Sutton fleets (SB3/J80) are on the water and heading across the bay, sails are going up and the event will officially be underway in 50 minutes. Windspeed in the harbour is between 10 and 15 knots and steady from the NW, with flat water in the Bay.
