Coming Up This Week

10th August 2009
Coming Up This Week
Get your waterproofs on and check out what’s happening along the coast or on the waterways this week. Lots of sailing, from Lough Derg to Dingle, and Cobh to Blessington. If you’re up for some wild water, the Lower Liffey Ranking Marathon starts from Leixlip on the 16th, or any one of five rowing regattas could do with some muscle. However, the less energetic but no less skilled amongst you might fancy a bit of angling or wavesailing – as a spectator, obviously... Again, lots of festivals to take your fancy.

And remember: be sure of your place on our fixtures calendar by sending us details of your event for mention on afloat.ie. Email us at [email protected]
