Peter O'Leary spoke with Afloat.ie during today's lay-day in Kiel on his hopes for getting back into the top ten of the Star European Championships. Gear failure has seen O'Leary and Goodbody slide further down the rankings than they'd like, meaning a long climb back toward the top.
O'Leary said that the starts have been particularly frantic, with a lenient attitude from the committee boat making it hard to judge how far the boats can push things.
