Neptune Head of River Cancelled

AFLOAT.IE  The Neptune Head of the River, scheduled for Blessington on Saturday, has been cancelled due to a forecast of high winds. The event, which was to feature the inaugural National Sculling Head, had already been postponed from last weekend because of a similar forecast. The Bann Head of the River, also scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed because of the death of Victor Hamill.
