Kinsale's Bobby Nash will be exhibiting his framed 3D nautical charts at the Boot Dusseldorf show in Germany which starts this Saturday, January 18th and runs until January 26th.

A regular at the massive international show, Nash flies the flag for Ireland with his Lattitude 52 exhibition at hall seven very near the main entrance, stand number 70 D 09.

One of his classic black and white 3D charts on display (pictured above) is of the Westerschelde with gorgeous detail that cannot be found on modern charts.

Nash will also be displaying a selection from the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Bahrain, Lake Geneva, the Bosporus, Naples, Corsica and the River Ems.

To transport the works to Boot, Nash takes a ferry from Rosslare to Fishguard drives across the UK and take the Eurotunnel to Calais before a 5-hour drive to Dusseldorf. About 30 hours in total.
