The impressive 150–foot Latitude motoryacht arrived into Dun Laoghaire marina last night via the northwest passage, Greenland and Iceland. It is so far the largest super yacht to berth at the town marina and today's weather means Dublin Bay is offering some milder conditions than might have recently been experienced onboard. Reports from her east coast mooring say her crew and guests are very much enjoying Dun Laoghaire in late autumn sunshine.
Superyacht Latitude is for sale and available to charter in the Mediterranean next summer, according to Boat International.
Twin 720hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles. The Benetti yacht detoured via the Isle of Man to pick up a 10m triple engined tender before arriving in Dun Laoghaire.
The 45 metre tri-deck superyacht Latitude is on the market through Yachtzoo in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Vripack and built to DNV class and MCA compliant by Russia''s Timmerman yard in 2009.
