The Fast40+ class is creating plenty of interest from international teams. There was further good news when boat builder McConaghy boat bulder announced Hull#5 of the Ker40+ series has been sold and will begin build later this month.
The yacht will be delivered to Sweden where she will be commissioned and raced, and the plan is to also race at least part of 2017 in the UK's Fast40+ fleet.
Hull#1, now named "Invictus", was delivered to the UK this time last year and went straight on to win the Round the Island Race and the RYS anniversary regatta. Hull#2 is racing in Japan, Hull's #3 and #4 have both just recently been delivered to the UK and will be joining the Fast40+ fleet at the next regatta.
