Ireland's Dubarry is the go-to brand for sailing boots amongst the seafaring fraternity across the globe, successfully combining the finest performance materials with specially developed technologies and design features. Dubarry has updated its original award-winning, unisex, performance sailing boot, Shamrock.

Crafted from the highest quality pull-up leather, which has been treated to a DryFast-DrySoft® water resistant finish, combined with hard wearing Cordura®, Shamrock is waterproof and breathable, thanks to its GORE-TEX® lining.

The duo compound PU and rubber sole is directly injection moulded onto the upper. Moulded rubber branding is inserted into the centre band on the boot leg and Shamrock is finished with a rust-proof metal Broga trim.

Shamrock features an elastic gusset on the back of the boot to cater for the average and over average calf measurement with ease. But Shamrock is also available in ExtraFit™ for users with a wider calf, in addition to an extra width fitting, with easier access for those with higher insteps.

Available in Navy/Brown and sizes EU 32 - 48

We've got a favour to ask

More people are reading Afloat.ie than ever thanks to the power of the internet but we're in stormy seas because advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news sites, we haven’t put up a paywall because we want to keep our marine journalism open.

Afloat.ie is Ireland's only full–time marine journalism team and it takes time, money and hard work to produce our content.

So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

If everyone chipped in, we can enhance our coverage and our future would be more secure. You can help us through a small donation. Thank you.
