Sailing is mourning the loss of two important stalwarts this week. In Dublin Franz Winkelmann, a former commodore of the National YC in Dun Laoghaire died last Sunday. In Cork, Patricia Kaiser a former board member of the Irish Sailing Association died on Monday.
