Four Crews Through to Munich Semi-Finals

Three Ireland crews joined heavyweight double Sanita Puspure and Lisa Dilleen in World Cup semi-finals after yesterday afternoon’s action in Munich. Claire Lambe and Siobhan McCrohan won their repechage of the lightweight women’s double scull and Mark O’Donovan and Niall Kenny qualified by taking third in the quarter-final of the men’s lightweight double. Michael Maher will compete in the lightweight single sculls semi-finals: he finished third in his repechage. Sarah Dolan did not make it through in the women’s lightweight single.
