Included in the event is a White Sail Division and Brian O'Sullivan is testament of how enjoyable this division can be, Brian is from the host club and will be back again racing his Bavaria 46 Navillus II and defend his 2008 title, says McGibney. Some of the names confirmed to date are Conor Ronan on his Corby 26 Ruthless winner of Division 2 in 2008, Vince Gaffney Alliance Division 3 winner and overall West Coast Champion 2008 will also be back to hold off any attempt to take away his crown. Rob Allen and Co. will race his purchase from Cork Mustang Sally and Cormac MacDonncha is travelling down from Galway with his Silver Shamrock Silver Foam. WIORA Commodore Simon McGibney has issued a last minute appeal for entries to the West Coast Championships that closes on 29th May 2009. The West Coast regional event starts a day earlier than the ICRA National Cruiser Championships on the 10th June in Tralee Bay.
