ROWING: Cork Head of the River will go ahead tomorrow (Saturday) at the Marina with an entry of 330 crews. The event is a rolling head over 4,000 metres, with timing from 9.30 until 4.0. The head stands alone on the calendar this weekend after Carrick on Shannon cancelled their head of the river because of worries over the weather.
