ISORA Calendar Expands for 2010

Following the ISORA AGM at the National Yacht Club today, three day races have been added to the mooted 2010 schedule; a Sunday race from Dun Laoghaire and two day races from Pwllheli. The hope is the additional races will attract new boats to ISORA and offshore racing from both sides of the Irish Sea. The three offshore races before the Round Ireland will be a minimum of 75 miles to qualify for the Round Ireland criteria. ISORA entry forms will be issued next week. Full calendar over the fold:

24th April – ISORA – Dun Laoghaire to Holyhead (75 miles)
8th May – ISORA/RAYC – Arklow Day Race
15th May – ISORA – Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire (75 miles)
5th June – ISORA – Pwllheli to Wicklow (75 miles)
13th June – ISORA – Sunday Day Race from Dun Laoghaire
20th June – Round Ireland Race – Wicklow Sailing Club
23rd July – ISORA/RAYC – Night Race to Nt. India
17th July – ISORA – Day Race from Pwllheli
21st August – ISORA/RAYC – Day Race to M2
21st August – ISORA – Day Race from Pwllheli
