Irish Sailors Advance at Laser Radial Youth Worlds

#youthsailing – There was another successful day for the Irish youth sailors at the Laser Worlds in Kingston, Canada today. In the 55-strong girl fleet, a 12th and a 4th for Aisling Keller (LDYC) moved her up to eighth place overall, while a 9 and 10 placed Nicole Hemeryck (NYC) just one place behind her.

Meanwhile in the boys fleet, Ewan McMahon (HYC) continues to impress, moving up to 22nd place in a fleet of 142.

Two more races are scheduled tomorrow (Tuesday), after which the fleets will be split into Gold, Silver and Bronze.
