This 1991 Southerly 100 with a lifting keel (keel up .60m) was designed by Dick Carter and built by Northshore Ltd., in the U.K. She has twin steering stations and is powered by a 2014 Yanmar 29HP shaft driven diesel engine. Her inventory includes, 2022 bow thruster, in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa, cruising chute, hot air heating, hot water, chart-plotter, auto-pilot, six berths, davits, dinghy, outboard engine, yard trailer and more. She is a fine solid cruising yacht and worth traveling to view!

SALOON U-shaped settee to port. Settee berth to starboard. Large saloon table can slide up to deckhead or slide down to create a double berth, opening deck hatch, two fixed hull ports at either side and loads of locker space. 

GALLEY The L-shaped galley is located to port beside the companionway steps. Two burner gas cooker with oven and grill, stainless steel sink and loads of storage lockers. Hot water via Calorifier (engine). 

INSIDE HELM STATION to starboard just forward of the heads with seat and hanging locker underneath. Engine controls and 12v. instrument panel etc.

Construction
This Southerly 100 was designed by Dick Carter and built by Northshore in the U.K. Her lifting keel can be raised by an electrically powered hydraulic ram and draws only 1'10" with the heel up and 5'10" with the keel down.
She also has a cast iron ballast plate which can she comfortably sit on when beached in a safe area.

Owner's Comments
"Mogendi" has been in my ownership since 2007 and I have cruised comfortably along the south and south west coast of Ireland and about four trips to the Scilly Isles over the years. 

Broker's Comments
This boat has been well minded and can be sailed single handedly. She has the added advantages of a 2014 Yanmar 29hp engine and a 2022 bow thruster. Viewing is recommended.
