All bromides and copy shall be subject to approval. The acceptance of an advertisement or of the payment therefore is not to be taken as implying any assurance that the advertisement will be published. The Publishers Baily Publications Ltd., reserve the right to refuse to insert any advertisement without assigning any cause for such refusal. In the event of a refusal to insert an advertisement they will refund any money paid in respect of same, but without compensation claimed by any party whatsoever for any loss or damage sustained through non-publication. Furthermore, the Publishers reserve the right to discontinue the publication of any advertisement previously inserted. They also reserve the right to alter as they may think fit any advertisement without allowing any compensation for such alteration. They do not guarantee the insertion of any advertisement in the specific issue or at all, whether or not a particular issue has been specified by the person tendering or paying for such advertisement. The Publishers do not accept any liability for any loss occasioned by the fact that the advertisement does not appear in any specified issue or at all or for any loss or damage claimed to be caused by an error or inaccuracy in the printing and publication of any advertisement. They also reserve the right to omit any advertisement from any particular edition of the paper without compensation or allowance. Failure to make an order correspond in price or conditions with the Rate Card will be regarded only as a clerical error. All goods or services advertised are subject at any time to examinations by the Publishers.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
Credit terms (account holders only) are net one month from date of insertion. Advertisements for nonaccount holders MUST be prepaid. Artwork and films and digital material will be stored at advertiser’s risk for six months and then destroyed unless otherwise instructed by the advertiser. There is a studio chrage to cover archive recovery. The publisher reserves the right to approve the contents of any advertisement or insert and to withhold its insertion without giving any reason. Whist every effort is made to meet advertiser’s requirements for specific dates of insertion, supplying proofs and position of advertisements, no guarantee can be given. The publisher reserves the right to make a 50% charge for advertisements cancelled on or after copy date.
