O'Leary and Goodbody finish tenth

A premature start in the penultimate race of last weekend's Delta Lloyd regatta in Holland cost Peter O'Leary and Tim Goodbody a top finish in a fortnight of competition that has already seen the Cork-Dublin pair crowned Eastern European champions.

The pairing however return home pleased to have finished tenth in the red hot 28-boat fleet given they also missed the first of the fifteen races with a broken forestay. They otherwise posted a string of top ten finishes including a win in race three. The event was won by Brazil's Olympic gold medallist  Robert Sheidt and Bruno Prada. Second was Fredrik Loof Johan Tillander of Sweden and third Alexander Schlonski. Team
