Offshore crews will contest a four-hour competition in forecasted 10 mph southerly winds in Saturday's (April 12) second race of the Viking Marine ISORA Irish Coastal series for the Vincent Farrell Trophy.
The coastal course, which will start and finish off the south Dublin harbour, features a start at 11 am at Dun Laoghaire Outfall, Muglins (S), Bray Outfall (P), North Kish (P), ISORA Virtual (S) and finish between the pier heads.
As previously reported, the first race, which marked an explosive start to the ISORA Musto 2025 offshore season, was won by Paul O'Higgins' JPK 10.80, Rockabill VI.
A similar 12-boat fleet is expected for the second race.
The second race in the Viking Marine ISORA Irish Coastal series for the Vincent Farrell Trophy starts at Dun Laoghaire Outfall with a course to Muglins (S), Bray Outfall (P), North Kish (P), ISORA Virtual (S) and finishes between the pier heads.
