Monkstown Bay Sailing Club's recently crowned world B14 champions, Chris Bateman and Lucy Loughton, now sailing under the burgee of Devon's Starcross Yacht Club, were the winners of last weekend's UK Skiff Open on the Solent.
Racing at Stokes Bay Sailing Club, the Cork Harbour duo took four wins from six starts to clean up in the relatively small B14 fleet racing on the eastern Solent.
Also competing were an RS 4000 class and a big Musto skiff class of 27 boats. Results are below.
