A lease has been secured for the expansion of James Watt Marina on the River Clyde, clearing the way for the development of a new marine trade centre for western Scottish waters, as Marine Industry News reports.
Marine services firm Serco has already been confirmed as an anchor tenant of the planned centre, which will be developed within six hectares of land and water at the Great Harbour site.
