Northern Ireland company Bluefield Houseboats has announced a new partnership with Inverness-based Caley Cruisers Ltd that will see the addition of Bluefield’s M350 houseboat to the family-run marine business’ rental fleet.
The M350 is scheduled to arrive in early 2025 and will be available for short-term rentals throughout the season, adding a unique options for holidaymakers exploring the Scottish Highlands.
Bluefield views Scotland’s scenic rivers and lochs as a promising market for its M Series houseboats, which have been designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable floating holiday accommodation.

There are three models within the range: the M250, M350, and M500, offering one to two bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space, a fully compliant bathroom, front and rear exterior balconies and optional roof terrace.

Bluefield also offers two additional standard ranges of houseboats: the Residential (R) Series and the Cabin (C) Series, along with a Bespoke (B) Series, which includes custom commercial houseboat designs.
With growing interest in sustainable water-based accommodation, Bluefield says it is optimistic about the demand for all its models in this market and looks forward to delivering more of its houseboats to Scotland.
