Cornwall's Will Bennett once again came up trumps at the British Kite Surf Association's (BKSA) annual Wavemaster event at Brandon Bay, Co Kerry recently (SEE VIDEO BELOW).

Bennett claimed his fourth successive Wavemaster title after a tough final duel with one-time professional surfer Richard Sills, made all the more difficult by unpredictable conditions on the water.

But the defending champion made the best of a bad situation and found some of the best waves of the day to secure victory.

Swelling seas later in the competition forced a move for the women's contest to nearby Stoney Gap, where three-time World Wave Champion Kirsty Jones topped Debbie Kennedy and Celine Coullard.
