#ironman – With a divisonal ranking of seventh, Olympic sailor Annalise Murphy completed Sunday's Dublin Ironman race as part of a three person relay team. The Olympic Laser sailor completed the 90km bike section of the course while her sister Claudine took to Dublin Bay for the initial 2km swim around the Scotsman's Bay course.

Annalise departs Dublin today bound for Rio and of one of her big sailing events of the year, Aquece Rio. The regatta is a dress rehearsal of next year's Olympic regatta. The important form event takes place at the Marina da Glória, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and features 380 athletes competing across ten events.
Meanwhile, on Dublin Bay, Ironman competitors were swimming, cycling and running the course that started in Dun Laoghaire and finished in the Phoenix Park. The winner was announced in a time of just over four hours. It's the first time an Ironman triathlon has been held in Dublin and thousands of people lined the streets to cheer on the athletes.
