The 7th Green Shipping Summit which aims to bring the maritime community towards an innovative future has begun in the Netherlands.
The event which continues today and held in Rotterdam (Europe’s largest port) is to focus on rebuilding and reinvesting in the industry for a sustainable and carbon-neutral future.
The summit will provide a holistic insight into the future of the maritime supply chain operations and interconnections between its players, along with a spotlight on embracing, adopting, and deploying existing and upcoming solutions, fuel alternatives, and technologies with practical and realistic planning.
At the summit there will be 200 companies and representatives from 20 countries in addition to a panel of Maritime Series Speakers.
The speakers from leading organisations will give their crucial insights and expert opinions.
Among the 35 plus speakers will be those from Ardmore Shipping (see story), CargoKite, DFDS, EcoClippers, Maersk, Stena Line and TUI Cruises.
