Rowing Ireland’s first national event of the season, the Heads of the River time trial races which was due to be held at Blessington Lake this Saturday 7th November, has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The event, which was expected to attract over 400 rowers from across the country, will now take place the following Saturday, the 14th November.
