A legal notice published in the Irish Times today advises that a petition for the winding up of Premier Marine and Leisure limited by the High Court was presented to the High court by the Collector General on September 9th.
The notice placed by the Revenue Solicitor says the Collector General is a creditor of the company and the petition is to be heard before the Court on October 20th.
The Companies Registration office gives the registered office for Premier Marine and Leisure Limited as Unit 13, Northwest Business Park, Dublin Road Carrick on Shannon, Co.Leitrim.
The company was registered on August 31 2004.
