Sale Time at two Dublin Chandleries

9th October 2009

Two of Dublin's largest chandleries, Dinghy Supplies in Sutton, and Onboard in Dublin City Centre (off Grafton Street, have reduced stock prices – up to 70% in some cases – across several ranges within  their retail departments.

Dinghy Supplies say that Clothing, Ropes, Paint, Fittings, etc., are all reduced. They have also further reduced – from already low prices, they say – Musto, Henri Lloyd, and Gill clothing, with up to 50% off; all ropes and rigging 20% off, and Laser equipment 15% off.

Onboard want to make room for new winter arrivals, and so have reduced some stock by up to 70%.

We've got a favour to ask

More people are reading Afloat.ie than ever thanks to the power of the internet but we're in stormy seas because advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news sites, we haven’t put up a paywall because we want to keep our marine journalism open.

Afloat.ie is Ireland's only full–time marine journalism team and it takes time, money and hard work to produce our content.

So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

If everyone chipped in, we can enhance our coverage and our future would be more secure. You can help us through a small donation. Thank you.
