The Beneteau Swift Trawler 37 has won a Motor Boat Award at boot Düsseldorf, taking the title for Best Flybridge Motor Yachts up to 55ft.

The award, sponsored by Garmin Marine, was announced during the Motor Boat Awards in association with Sleipner at the German show.

Irish dealer BJ Marine marked the win on the Beneteau stand, where General Manager James Kirwan was pictured onboard the Swift Trawler 37 holding the trophy.

“This award reflects the depth of thought and design that has gone into the Swift Trawler 37,” Kirwan said. “It has been very well received by Irish owners.”

The judges cited the model’s spacious flybridge, light-filled interior and flexible layout as key strengths.

The accolade follows the brand's recent European Yacht of the Year win for its FIRST 30, underlining the French range's strong international recognition in power and sail craft.

The BJ Marine team remains on the Beneteau stand at boot Düsseldorf until the show closes on Sunday, 25 January 2026.
