Stena Line is currently recruiting for a fleet superintendent, with a competitive basic salary of €75,000–€90,000 dependent on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maritime excellence to make a significant impact on the Stena Line fleet’s efficiency and safety.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical and operational performance of the company vessels and will be responsible for budgetary control, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, conducting audits and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
