MGM Boats have been busy over the winter months with their highly successful brokerage department.
In December, they completed the sale on six boats, including a Ribeye 785, an Axopar 28, a Merry Fisher 795, a Prestige 420, a Bayliner VR6 and a Sun Odyssey 32i.
The Ribeye 785 sold in Cork will now be enjoyed in Co Clare
The Axopar 28 was sold in Dublin and is now berthed in Kinsale
The Merry Fisher 795 was sold in Dublin and is now berthed in Kinsale
The Prestige 420 was sold on Lough Ree before being transported back to MGM's Boatyard in Dun Laoghaire for preparation after which she was delivered to her new home in Carlingford
The Bayliner VR6 was sold in Dun Laoghaire and will move the short distance to Malahide with her new owner
The Sun Odyssey 32i was sold in Dun Laoghaire and remains on the Dun Laoghaire Marina with her new owner
'MGM Boats has 5 further brokerage sales in process both in Ireland and in the warmer climes of the Mediterranean. Sales agreed in the run-up to Christmas were a Prestige 680, Merry Fisher 815, Aquador 26HT, Bavaria 31 and Trusty 23.

The Merry Fisher 815 is being sold through the Cork office and will be based out of Fenit Co Kerry
'National Sales Manager Andrew Jacobs had the following to say: "A lot of people assume very little happens in boat sales during the winter months, but November and December have been very busy for us for the last few years, and there is also the Dusseldorf Boat Show in January to consider. It's a good time of year for buying and selling, and we urge any of our customers considering putting their boat on the market to do so sooner rather than later."
