Henri Lloyd’s heritage in the marine footwear industry has produced the some of the most innovative and highest quality marine footwear available to date.

Correct footwear selection can make a huge difference to a sailor’s comfort and performance; this is vital for the wearer’s confidence, safety and agility on board.

Henri Lloyd’s footwear range is designed with performance and comfort in mind, using the latest materials and innovative designs combined with quality and detailed construction required for the varied sailing conditions. All the structural components within the footwear design have been selected for their low moisture absorption, fast drying, fast draining and strong grip/non slip properties, resulting in a range with new and innovative features, which deliver optimum performance, fit and sports footwear comfort.

New for 2010, is the Henri Lloyd Deck Boot, which is the traditional rubber welly. It is constructed from fully waterproof, tough vulcanised rubber therefore the boot is ideal for both on and off water activities and has been designed to offer high levels of support and comfort.

Extra features include a calf collar tie system, for a more secure fit and to reduce water ingress, whilst the boots has high slip resistant qualities, due to its razor cut soles and further benefits from water dispersing channels.

We've got a favour to ask

More people are reading Afloat.ie than ever thanks to the power of the internet but we're in stormy seas because advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news sites, we haven’t put up a paywall because we want to keep our marine journalism open.

Afloat.ie is Ireland's only full–time marine journalism team and it takes time, money and hard work to produce our content.

So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

If everyone chipped in, we can enhance our coverage and our future would be more secure. You can help us through a small donation. Thank you.
