The overall leader of the 24th Dublin Bay Sailing Club (DBSC) Turkey Shoot, the Beneteau 31.7 Camira, skippered by Brian Geraghty, prevailed in the final race of the series and was declared the winner at Sunday afternoon's festive prizegiving at the Royal Irish Yacht Club.
The 72-boat fleet raced in flat seas and gusty offshore westerly winds in race seven this morning, Camira had moved into the overall lead after four races sailed in a series that lost two races due to storms.

The 2024 fleet included some new designs, including a JPK 1030, an HB31, a Ker 32, an A35, a J24 and some new marina-based cruising yachts.
Nine J80s, five J109s, four 1720s and four 31.7s raced in a show of strength for one design keelboat fleets.
A progressive handicap on a time-on-time basis was used and overall and race seven results are published below.
