After the abandonment of last Sunday's second race of the AIB DBSC Turkey Shoot on Dublin Bay due to a lack of wind, handicaps and start sequences for next Sunday's third race of the seven-race series have been published.
A windward-leeward course was abandoned due to a lack of wind on Sunday, 9th November, but early forecasts indicate medium easterly winds for the 16th.
More than 70 yachts are listed across five scheduled race starts, with the fifth start reserved for the biggest yachts, including: the Extreme 37 WOW, J112e Valentina, First 40 Prima Forte and J122 Aurelia.
Organisers have released the latest handicaps and starts, which are available for download below.
Now in its 25th year, the AIB-sponsored series is co-hosted by the Royal Irish Yacht Club at Dun Laoghaire Harbour and aims to accommodate all competitors in short, sharp races. A progressive handicap on a time-on-time basis is used.
