Conor and Dab O'Beirne from Dun Laoghaire's's RSGYC had a 7 and an 11 to finish in 29th overall in the Gold fleet at the RS Feva Worlds.
They were the only Irish boat to make the Gold Fleet after two very heavy days of weather in the qualifying rounds.
The O'Beirne's from the Royal St George Yacht Club finished the day in 31st overall out of a fleet of 160. David Johnston and Louise Flynn Byrne had an 8 and an 8 to jump into a prize-winning fourth place in the Silver Fleet.
Conor Totterdell / Stephen Craig had finished with a 3 and a 6 to move up to 11th in Silver Fleet.
The RS Feva Nationals will be held in the RCYC from the 12th to the 14th of August.
