More than 70 qualified race officials have registered for the Irish Sailing Race Officials Conference, taking place at Kinsale Yacht Club in Co Cork on Saturday, 14 November.
The biennial gathering will examine developments in race management, from technology on the starting line to organising events for clubs of different sizes.
Irish Sailing says the programme is intended to be relevant both to clubs running weekly races for a handful of boats and to those staging championships attracting more than 100 participants.
Club committees and representatives are also invited to attend, alongside qualified race officials.
The conference returns after the 2024 gathering at Galway Bay Sailing Club. Irish Sailing announced Kinsale as the 2026 host in January, citing the club's experience of staging major events and thanking Commodore Anthony O'Neill for his support.
Two booking options are available: conference and lunch (€25), or conference, lunch and dinner (€75).
