Highfield Boats' new CEO Paul Blanc

Highfield Boats has announced significant leadership changes to support its rapid growth. Julien Carussi is set to become Chairman, while Paul Blanc has been appointed CEO, starting from 1st September 2025.

Carussi, co-founder and current CEO, will shift focus towards long-term strategy and industrial expansion. Under his leadership since 2011, Highfield has grown into a global market leader, producing over 60,000 boats across more than 50 countries.

“Highfield is entering a new chapter,” said Carussi. He emphasised the need for a strengthened team to sustain the company’s momentum and stated, “This is about strengthening Highfield for the future, not changing its course.”

Blanc joins the company with two decades of experience in the marine industry. Previously an executive at Groupe Beneteau, he brings extensive knowledge in global markets and product strategy.

Blanc is no stranger to Ireland, having been a guest of the MGM Boats 25th Anniversary party in 2022, in his then role as CEO of Jeanneau International.

“I am honoured to join Highfield Boats,” said Blanc. “What Julien and his team have achieved is exceptional. I look forward to building on this impressive legacy and accelerating the company’s growth.”

The transition in governance underscores Highfield's commitment to leading the recreational and professional RIB markets. The company aims to continue investing in product development and international expansion.
