A 2007 Jeanneau Sun 2500 named Swallow is up for sale after three years with its current owner at €24,750.
Previously berthed for a decade on Lough Erne, the 7.5-metre yacht is described as easy to handle and suited to solo or short-handed sailing.
The boat features a lifting keel, drawing just 0.69 metres when raised. Twin rudders allow it to dry out without legs, making it fit for coastal cruising.
“Swallow has been carefully maintained and upgraded,” the seller said. “She’s ready to sail.”
Upgrades since 2023 include a Raymarine Element 5 chartplotter, ST1000 tiller pilot, DSC VHF with GPS, AIS receiver, wind instruments, and a Fusion DAB/Bluetooth stereo.
The Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine, installed in 2012, has logged only five hours in two years and was serviced in May 2023. A new Flexofold twin propeller and cutlass bearing were also fitted.
Comfort options include two double berths, a cabin table convertible for cockpit use, a diesel heater, gas stove, Jabsco toilet, sink, and a 57-litre water tank.
Safety gear comprises lifelines with netting, fire extinguishers, flares, jackstays, lifejackets, and a lifering. A Seago liferaft and personal locator beacons are available separately.
The sale includes five yacht legs. Read the full boat for sale advert here.
