Plea for help over stolen boat

17th June 2008

Police in Antrim are trying to locate a stolen 19ft Ernecraft with a 60HP engine, stolen from Antrim Boat Club last month.

The boat, pictured to the right, was on a twin axle galvanized snipe trailer and painted in a distinctive red colour. The PSNI suspect the vessel may be in the Republic or in England.

The family who owned the boat have said that it has great sentimental value, as it belonged to their late father who recently passed away.

A reward has been offered for any information leading to its recovery. The boat's engine serial number is B011816, and anyone with information should contact Constable Henderson of the Antrim PSNI.

Alternatively, those who do not wish to speak to police can contact Martin on +44 7928 155270 Team
