The Irish Times publishes this morning, with front page billing, the entire 450 boat entry list for this afternoon's Volvo Dun Laoghaire regatta . The entry list over an entire page, appears on page 27 as part of an article entitled 'Dublin - A City of Sails '. Regatta organiser Phil Smith says "it is inevitable that we are being compared with Cowes because of our size". The first race starts this afternoon at 3.25pm
