Originally built between 1856 and 1862, the terrace housed coastguard personnel and includes a historic watchtower. The property, once two cottages, has been combined and fully refurbished into a modern coastal home. The house retains its redbrick façade and sits within a protected Architectural Conservation Area along Dublin’s north bay shoreline.

Internally, the home blends heritage features with contemporary design. The kitchen includes bespoke fittings, quartz worktops and 11ft ceilings. Living areas feature oak flooring and sash windows, while multiple bedrooms open onto private patios.

The property also includes landscaped gardens, designed for the coastal setting, and secure off-street parking.

Its location places it just minutes from Dublin Bay, with direct access to Bottle Quay and coastal walks towards Howth. The setting remains a key selling point, offering uninterrupted sea views within close proximity to Dublin city.
