Belfast Harbour-based historic ship HMS Caroline this summer invites families to set sail on the World War veteran vessel for the ultimate adventure.
On board HMS Caroline, there are packed hands-on science-themed activities—perfect for budding scientists and engineers.
During the dates of July 25–26 and August 29–30, visitors can step aboard the historic WW1 ship, docked in Alexandra Dock within Belfast’s Titanic Quarter, situated just under 3 miles from the city centre.
So head down to HMS Caroline, where there will be something for everyone to enjoy, as there's plenty to discover, from exploring the ship and learning the fascinating stories of those who served on board the vessel, which took part in the Battle of Jutland off Denmark in 1916.
In addition to getting involved in hands-on activities inspired by local shipbuilding legends Harland & Wolff and pioneering engineer Rachel Parsons, one of Britain’s first female engineers.
