With over half of the scoring events now completed, the Irish Cruiser Racing Association (ICRA) has issued the current points and standings in IRC and ECHO for its annual Boat of the Year Award.
With the DBSC Thursday Series on Dublin Bay and the Autumn Leagues in Howth and Royal Cork yet to score, the final outcome remains wide open.
Several crews remain firmly in the hunt for top honours in both IRC and ECHO categories.
In IRC, James and Dave Dwyer's defending champion, the Half Tonner Swuzzlebubble, from Royal Cork Yacht Club, holds the lead with 9.25 points. Paul O' Higgins' JPK 10.30 Rockabill VI of the Royal Irish YC follows on 8.75, just ahead of Diamond on 8.25.
Johnny Murphy's J109 Outrajeous and Nigel Biggs' First 50 Checkmate XX, both from Howth, are tied in fourth with 7.5 points apiece. Alan Mulcahy's Albin Express, Apache of Kinsale is next on 6.75, just ahead of John Minnis's A35 Final Call II from Belfast Lough on 5.75.

In ECHO, Johnny Treanor's National Yacht Club J112e ValenTina sits at the top with 5.5 points. The South Caernarfonshire YC Corby 37, Impetuous (Crompton/Miller/Hodges), and Tony O'Brien's Schull-based J109 Tighey Boy share second on five points each.
Jellybaby is fourth with 4.5 points, followed by Artful DodJer on 4.25. A large group sits tied for sixth on 3.75 points, including Gunsmoke 2, Indecision, Jac Y Do and others.
