Ireland's Pamela Lee will be among 32 record double-handed Class 40 entries in Sunday's (25th May) Normandy Channel Race.
The 36-year-old sailor from Greystones Harbour in County Wicklow is competing for a second time in the race, this time alongside American Jay Thompson in the 1,000-miler. The Normandy Channel Race has established itself as a benchmark in France and internationally.
This Class 40 yacht race features a loop starting from the port of Caen-Ouistreham. The skippers will then navigate across the English Channel, the Celtic Sea, and along the coasts of France, Britain, and Ireland.
