Craig and Boyle Claim Early Lead in Flying Fifteen Series

In the Flying Fifteen Frostbite Series at the National Yacht Club on Dublin Bay, Sean Craig and Stephen Boyle claimed top spot after day one.

Their boat, IRL 3697, secured two wins from three races. Alan Green and Caroline Green (IRL 4026) took the opening race and finished second overall.

Tom Galvin and Richard Tait placed third in all three races. The trio of boats consistently led the fleet.

Nine boats competed on the day, out of a total fleet of twelve. Racing was tight with lead changes throughout.

PRO Keith Poole ran three races in shifty west-southwest winds and an ebbing tide. The format included windward/leeward and triangle courses.

Racing resumes next Saturday with three more races scheduled.
