The Multihull Cup will celebrate its 10th anniversary at Port Adriano in Mallorca from September 25th-27th, with a fleet of high-performance cruising multihulls lined up for the three-day regatta.
Among the headline entries are Adrian Keller’s 84-foot Nigel Irens-designed Allegra and Irvine Laidlaw’s VPLP-designed Gunboat 80 Highland Fling XVIII.
Defending champion Allegra is a three-time Multihull Cup winner, while Highland Fling XVIII won the event in 2024. Their latest encounter came at the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup, where they finished tied on points before Laidlaw’s crew took the title on countback.
The fleet also includes Andrew and Anne Nisbet’s Gunboat 72 Layla, Zachary Plavsic’s 65-foot Morelli & Melvin-designed Gaea and the 60-foot German Frers-designed Cool Beauty II, which will make her Multihull Cup debut.
Racing begins on Friday, September 25th and concludes on Sunday with the 10th anniversary prize-giving.
