Racing Round Up: Lasers, E Boats, Puppeteers,DBSC, VDLR, Royal Cork, Cove and Sailor of the Month
Ruigrock, Murphy, Guilfoyle and Flannigan Sailed to Laser Glory on Dublin Bay in the best conditions of the Summer so far. Across the bay in Howth Harlequin took the Puppeteer Nationals title. In a build up to Thursday's Dun Laoghaire regatta Tiamat Returned to Cruisers Zero with a Win. Pat O'Neill Sailed to E Boat National Championship victory and across the Irish sea an Irish yacht won the Three Peaks Yacht Race.
In Cork Harbour 'Mid-Summer Madness' regatta attracted 40 Boats. We have the photos. There was a Fun Time for Cruisers at Cove Sailing Club's 'At Home' Regatta.

O'Neill Sails to E Boat National Championship Win
Sailing on the north shore of Dublin Bay this weekend Pat O'Neill's Octopussee won the 2011 E boat Champion hosted by Clontarf Yacht and Boat Club. Second was O'Neill's Clontarf club mate, Pat Gilmore and third was Anthony Hourigan's Eejit from Skerries Sailing Club.
