Largs Yacht Haven in western Scotland is increasing its capacity for vessel up to 20 metres in length, according to Marine Industry News.

The North Ayrshire marina, which is the largest in Scottish waters and celebrating 40 years in operation, says it’s adjusted its berthing layout to meet a growing demand for berthing and servicing larger vessels.

Other improvements at Largs—a multi-time winner of the Five Gold Anchor award—include more 32-amp electric points required by larger boats, on top of the marina’s investment in early 2022 in a 75-ton boat hoist.
