Join Swim Ireland's exciting training programmes starting January 2025! From swim fit for adults to artistic swimming for kids, there's something for everyone.

Swim Ireland is accepting bookings for adult, teenager and kids training programmes running from January 2025.

The programmes range from adult “swim fit” and “aquafit” in Swords, Co Dublin to “He Swims” classes in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin, Ballyconnell, Co Cavan and Kells, Co Meath, to “Swimmin’ Women” programmes in Cavan, Kells, Co Meath and Portmarnock and Blanchardstown, Co Dublin.

The kids and teens programmes range from parent and toddler classes and aquatics for all in Ballyconnell, Co Cavan, to “artistic swimming” in a number of venues, including Tralee, Co Kerry.

In “artistic swimming”, swimmers perform solos and group routines as well as working with Swim Ireland coaches on core skills to further develop their skills.

In 2024, over 6,500 people participated in 465 events, with 65 per cent of participants being women and 35 per cent men.

Swim Ireland offered over 1500 coaching hours in 2024 and worked with 75 partners in 81 locations.
