A nearly new Rodman Spirit 31 is now on the market at €247k. Built in October 2022, the boat is a 2023 model commissioned in June 2023.

It boasts a Volvo D4 320hp diesel engine, with just 20 hours of use, reaching a maximum speed of 28 knots, according to the yacht broker for the sale, Crosshaven Boatyard.

This vessel features both bow and stern thrusters, enhancing its manoeuvrability in tight spaces.

Inside, the layout includes a bright saloon, a galley, and both an owner’s cabin and a visitor's cabin.

The boat is equipped with hot air heating, shore power, radar, chart-plotter, autopilot, DSC VHF, trim tabs, an electric windlass, and flexiteak decks.

It even has a full cockpit tent for added convenience. "This is an excellent opportunity to acquire the Rodman Spirit 31 at a significant discount from the new price," a Crosshaven Boatyard representative noted.

The boat is also E.U. VAT paid, making it an attractive option for potential buyers. Viewing appointments are highly recommended.
